To Lauren and the rest of the Pierson family: Robert was a great kid, and was becoming a great man when his life was cut short. Hold on to the memories, because NO ONE can take them from you. My thoughts and prayers are with you, especially on Easter Sunday.

To Lauren, As someone who has lost her own brother way to soon in life, I feel your pain, people try to tell you that the pain eases as time goes by, well its been well over 4 years since my brother died, and trust me, not a day goes by that he is not on my mind. Every day I ask that question "what if....?" People in that neighborhood always point out the bad stuff the kids do....just make sure they know of all the good he has done for others also. I went to school with your Mom..she is a nut!!! haha!! I use to party with your Dad and others at Joe Phillips house...haha!! They were some great times. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers at this difficult time.

RIP ROB always on their minds, forever in their hearts.

the yuppies have broken balls since as long as i can remember but by them calling the cops every time the kids are on the corner they are putting themselfs at jepordy because if those kids were there, they wouldnt be getting robbed or that rapist would have thougt twice about messing with them.so they should think of the kids as a deterent to crime insted of the ones causing it..just a help full bit of advice from on who was protected by those kids......think about this next time before you make your stupid call.

Some friggin YUPPIE put on a visiting family members' car a note that said "this automobile has blocked both curb and crosswalk. Its driver should know that the curb was constructed at taxpayer expense to bring the City of Philadelphia into compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act. Blockade of the curb forces disabled persons into dangerous streets maintained at taxpayer expense as automobile rights-of-way". First of all, my visiting family member is a taxpayer as am I and everyone else in my family. Who gives a sh*t if she blocked the curb, my (as well as everyone else in my family) tax dollars paid for it anyway. I'm sure if a disabled person couldn't get up that ramp, he or she would simply cross the street and use the other ramp. So, don't give me this bullsh*t about how blocking the ramp "forces disabled persons into dangerous streets". I'm really getting sick of these yuppies who have nothing better to do then bitch about where people park when there isn't any parking in the neighborhood in the first place since these yuppies want to have 6 different cars. Go plant a f*cking tree or something.

Jodi Stenz, I think that I remember you. I hung out with Joey Stenz(Your Brother?) and Kevin Bailey, Pat's (Tiny) younger brother. Pat was one of the nicest guys in Fairmount, I think that he helped half of the neighborhood with their cars.

Here is how the Parking in Fairmount works. Someone one the blk went to the PPA and got a petition and got half of the neighors on the block to sign it saying they want RPP that is registered patron parking. They get a sticker that they pay like $35 a yr for from the PPA.SAying it is ok for you to parkin in this area with no penalty. If you are going to stay at a friends or family house in FMT the address that your staying at has to go to the PPA and get you a temporary parking sticker. People think that the sticker will gaurantee them a spot on there street. It doesnt it just says you get to park in the general area for more the the alotted time that is posted on the Green RPP sign. This was just another way that fairmount has lost out to the yuppie who thinks that they were making life better. NEWS flash your not..Your making life hard for us who are visiting our grandparents and parents who are still in the area. I love my drive way that is all I have to say to people who are still "curb parking" How I know this information I worked for the Parking Authority fr many yrs and the only time the area is really done in the heart of FMT is when a hard ass person calls from like maybe Taylor and Parrish St cause they ahd to drive around the blk 10 Xs to find a spot. Here is the kicker 9 out of 10Xs all the cars are legal and no tickets are issued no one moves there cars unless it is the end of the world. so to the person in Jersey who made apost about parking Im with you about how it is shit to get a ticket for parking in front of a family memebers house and stay the night and you get a bunch of shit for it.... But people n the block have VOLUNTEERED to have this done.. It can be undone just to let you... know
