The kids can't go out on halloween b/c sadly, the neighborhhod gets overrun by the natives of North Philly. I think it is sad that that have to do that, but it is disgusting the way they act, grabbing others bags, terrorizing the neighborhood, etc. When you watch how the mothers act, you can see why the kids act that way. Turnout the lights, lock the door & go to bed early.

Fairmount always had a number of very hot girls, especialy considering it was a small community the numbers were very high.

why can't the kids in this neighborhood go out on Holloween night and trick or treat. Why can we take it back. It seems to be done in secret and some neighbors dont know when to give the candy out. Then I have to sit here and eat all the candy up.
